ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

 

·        We are not responsible for spelling on order that are placed by phone

·        Prices shown are for loose letters, numbers, and emblems 

·        Terms: 2% - 10 Days, Net 30

·        Past Due Accounts — Subject to 1 1/2% per month service charge

·        A service fee of $5.00 will be assessed for any order with a total of less than $10.00 net

·        All letters and emblems are made upon special order and cannot be cancelled after starting production

·        Rush charge -3 days delivery- is $25.00 or 25% of the total order what ever bigger

·        Loose letters, numbers, and emblems shipped FOB. — Dallas, Texas

·        Oversize and non-standard letters or emblems will be charged according to time and materials consumed

·        For order less than six (6) letters or emblems, all alike, add 10% to the list price (except where noted)

·        Pattern charge for all letters or emblems other than stock patterns -$15.00 list for first order

·        For patterns used previously, refer to previous order number to assist us in locating the correct pattern and to avoid a pattern charge

·        All accounts are due and payable in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas

·        No dated shipments without prior approval

 

QUANTITY DISCOUNT POLICY

·        All emblems must be the same size, pattern, and color

·        All emblems must be shipped together — NO EXCEPTIONS

·        5% discount on orders of 24 or more emblems — all alike

·        10% discount on orders of 100 or more emblems — all alike

·        Discount applicable to the price of the emblem only and not the inserts that may be added to the emblem — NO EXCEPTIONS

·        Discount applicable to all chenille emblems except chenille shoulder patches and tack twill or felt shoulder patches — NO EXCEPTIONS

 

SPECIAL NOTES FOR ORDERING CHENILLE

 

·        Orders for less than 6 emblems, all the same, will have 10% added to the base cost of the emblem, except where noted

·        Always count fractional measurements as the next largest size. Example: 5 1A” letter is charged as 6”

·        Size is measured by the height of the chenille emblems or the length of a megaphone (chenille edge to chenille edge, not the outside felt edge)

·        If there is a similar design in catalog, please give the STYLE NUMBER

·        Please include in your order:

1.   Quantity needed

2.   Size of emblems

3.   Letter or mascot desired

4.   Type of letter (full block, script, etc.)

5.   Style of letter (one color, two color, 3-D)

6.   Color of chenille and color of background

7.   Inserts needed (letters, bars, etc.)

8.   Type of chenille yarn (non-washable wool or washable orion)

9.   Delivery date needed

10. Previous order number or date to avoid a possible pattern charge
